BioANALYSIS
We measure concentrations of parent compound / metabolites in biological fluids and tissues using liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to support drug discovery, preclinical evaluation, and clinical development.

Services and Consultation
Formulation
We develop formulations for drug discovery PK, preclinical toxicology and clinical development. Formulations include solutions, suspensions, microemulsions, and capsules. Formulation selection is based on stability, safety and ADME/PK properties.
In vivo PK
We conduct standard in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) studies and dose linearity PK evaluations for discovery compounds. We also perform salt or formulation screening PK and food-drug interaction PK for lead selection and general toxicology studies.
Consultation
We offer consultation on ADME/PK study design, data interpretation, structure-property relationship, and lead selection/optimization strategies. Consultation is complimentary when the study is conducted at Touchstone Biosciences.
